Victoria looked after our fur baby or two weeks whilst we were on holiday. Victoria took the time to visit me at my home before we went away to meet Jordy and understand what he needs whilst we were away. She came to our home every day and gave him plenty of love and attention. She sent me regular photos and messaged me daily to let me know how he was. Having not used this service before, Victoria was friendly, understanding and made me feel completely confident with leaving Jordy for 2 weeks...she even put my bins out. From our first contact with Victoria, it was obvious she was keen to make the whole caring process a happy and personable experience for us all. Izzi has a few health issues and although I was nervous about leaving her in someone else's care for the first time, I really needn't have worried at all. She is very trustworthy and an absolute natural when it comes to all things feline, but is also great at sprinkling the fish food, as a little extra task she was more than happy to do.
